We inspect every single item before placing it on the floor Be confident that you will never receive an open box item, a damaged box, or a non-working item.

However, here at Discount Depot, we would be more than happy to give you store credit, if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
You have 5 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Online Order Returns:
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
For Instore Orders:
We will be more then happy to exchange the item for you, or provide you with Store Credit.
For Online Orders:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange and/or Store Credit after inspecting the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive Store Credit the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
